• 1 pumpkin
  • 1-2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1 tin diced tomatoes
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 1 litre water or stock
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons tamari
  • Black pepper, fresh chilli and curry powder optional
  1. Sautee onion and garlic until tender
  2. Add all other ingredients and cook for 20 minutes
  3. Puree in blender
  4. Serve with a dash of plain yoghurt
